Ordering Information: Ordering information is available in the Order Form included with every Catalog. The Order Form includes information about postal zones, shipping rates and handling charges.
Processing Time: Sisters and volunteers work quickly to receive and process orders to provide prompt delivery. The orders are prepared and taken to the Shipping Department where the customer's information is entered into a data base. Once the orders are packaged and prepared for shipping the boxes are picked up by United Parcel Service (UPS) on a daily basis or delivered to US Post Office. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days under normal circumstances. Additional time may be required during Easter and Christmas as well as those times when the Sisters are on retreat.
Shopping Online: The ability to order from an online catalog was introduced in the Summer of 2007. The online catalog is available at Catalog. Orders must be placed by FAX, mail, telephone, or e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org (Please note credit cards are not accepted.)
Discontinued Cards: There are cards in each category that have been discontinued and are sold at a greatly reduced price. The cards will be sold until the supply is depleted.
Shopping at the Card Shop: Persons who live, or visit in the area, are welcome to shop in the small Card Shop in the convent between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm seven days a week. In addition to the cards, there are a variety of gift items donated by friends of the All Saints Sisters for their needs and for the Joseph Richey House Hospice.
